CBC Coupler Assembly
Connects adjacent coaches and wagons in a train formation, transmitting tractive and buffing forces during acceleration, braking, and shunting. Rine Group manufactures the complete CBC assembly (coupler body, knuckle, yoke, and lock) in RDSO-approved high-strength alloy steel.

Axle Box Housing
Houses the cartridge tapered roller bearing on each wheelset axle, transmitting the vehicle’s weight to the wheels while allowing axle rotation. Supplied to both Railway Coaches and Metro Railways.

Centre Pivot
The structural pivot point between the wagon underframe and the bogie, transferring vertical load while allowing the bogie to swivel freely through curves. Precision cast and machined to RDSO specification for freight wagons and coaching stock across all gauge types.

Control Arm
Connects the bogie frame to the coach body, transmitting traction and braking forces while allowing controlled vertical and lateral movement.

Cast Iron Pulleys
High-strength pulleys that transmit engine or axle power to alternators for dependable onboard power generation.

Buffer Plunger
Sliding buffer component that absorbs impact energy during coupling, shunting, and normal railway operations.

Suspension Tube
Supports and nose-suspends the traction motor from the bogie frame, reducing shock and vibration during operation.
